Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rjprog.dll 1.0.4.19776
2.Extract rjprog.dll 1.0.4.19776 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rjprog.dll 1.0.4.19776 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rjprog.dll 1.0.4.19776.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rjprog.dll 1.0.4.19776 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rjprog.dll 1.0.4.19776 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rjprog.dll 1.0.4.19776 and press Enter.
