Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ro1420c.dll 5.0.3.5
2.Extract ro1420c.dll 5.0.3.5 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ro1420c.dll 5.0.3.5 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ro1420c.dll 5.0.3.5.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ro1420c.dll 5.0.3.5 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ro1420c.dll 5.0.3.5 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ro1420c.dll 5.0.3.5 and press Enter.
