Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rpcltc1.dll 4.71.3328.0
2.Extract rpcltc1.dll 4.71.3328.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rpcltc1.dll 4.71.3328.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rpcltc1.dll 4.71.3328.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rpcltc1.dll 4.71.3328.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rpcltc1.dll 4.71.3328.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rpcltc1.dll 4.71.3328.0 and press Enter.
