Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rrcm.dll 4.4.0.3396
2.Extract rrcm.dll 4.4.0.3396 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rrcm.dll 4.4.0.3396 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rrcm.dll 4.4.0.3396.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rrcm.dll 4.4.0.3396 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rrcm.dll 4.4.0.3396 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rrcm.dll 4.4.0.3396 and press Enter.
