Using the zip or rar file
1.Download rscan.dll 2014.0.0.28
2.Extract rscan.dll 2014.0.0.28 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rscan.dll 2014.0.0.28 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rscan.dll 2014.0.0.28.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rscan.dll 2014.0.0.28 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rscan.dll 2014.0.0.28 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rscan.dll 2014.0.0.28 and press Enter.
