Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rstools.dll 5.2.3790.0 (srv03_rtm.030324-2048)
2.Extract rstools.dll 5.2.3790.0 (srv03_rtm.030324-2048) from .zip. We recommend that you extract rstools.dll 5.2.3790.0 (srv03_rtm.030324-2048) to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rstools.dll 5.2.3790.0 (srv03_rtm.030324-2048).
