Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rtfhtml.dll 9.0.0.2603
2.Extract rtfhtml.dll 9.0.0.2603 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rtfhtml.dll 9.0.0.2603 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rtfhtml.dll 9.0.0.2603.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rtfhtml.dll 9.0.0.2603 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rtfhtml.dll 9.0.0.2603 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rtfhtml.dll 9.0.0.2603 and press Enter.
