Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rtfj2mif.dll
2.Extract rtfj2mif.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract rtfj2mif.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rtfj2mif.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rtfj2mif.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rtfj2mif.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rtfj2mif.dll and press Enter.
