Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rupr3260.dll 6.0.9.464
2.Extract rupr3260.dll 6.0.9.464 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rupr3260.dll 6.0.9.464 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rupr3260.dll 6.0.9.464.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rupr3260.dll 6.0.9.464 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rupr3260.dll 6.0.9.464 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rupr3260.dll 6.0.9.464 and press Enter.
