Using the zip or rar file 1.Download rwia430.dll 5.0.2419.1
2.Extract rwia430.dll 5.0.2419.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rwia430.dll 5.0.2419.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rwia430.dll 5.0.2419.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rwia430.dll 5.0.2419.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rwia430.dll 5.0.2419.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rwia430.dll 5.0.2419.1 and press Enter.
