Using the zip or rar file
1.Download srvifcti.dll 3.0.0.26
2.Extract srvifcti.dll 3.0.0.26 from .zip. We recommend that you extract srvifcti.dll 3.0.0.26 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting srvifcti.dll 3.0.0.26.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract srvifcti.dll 3.0.0.26 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place srvifcti.dll 3.0.0.26 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 srvifcti.dll 3.0.0.26 and press Enter.
