Using the zip or rar file 1.Download unlha32.dll 1.87.0.20
2.Extract unlha32.dll 1.87.0.20 from .zip. We recommend that you extract unlha32.dll 1.87.0.20 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting unlha32.dll 1.87.0.20.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract unlha32.dll 1.87.0.20 to your system directory. By default, this is:

C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place unlha32.dll 1.87.0.20 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 unlha32.dll 1.87.0.20 and press Enter.
