Using the zip or rar file 1.Download VCDMenu.dll
2.Extract VCDMenu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VCDMenu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VCDMenu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VCDMenu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VCDMenu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VCDMenu.dll and press Enter.
