Using the zip or rar file 1.Download VideoMessenger.dll 1,0,0,94
2.Extract VideoMessenger.dll 1,0,0,94 from .zip. We recommend that you extract VideoMessenger.dll 1,0,0,94 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VideoMessenger.dll 1,0,0,94.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VideoMessenger.dll 1,0,0,94 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VideoMessenger.dll 1,0,0,94 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VideoMessenger.dll 1,0,0,94 and press Enter.
