Using the zip or rar file 1.Download vboxat.dll 4,5,0,0
2.Extract vboxat.dll 4,5,0,0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vboxat.dll 4,5,0,0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vboxat.dll 4,5,0,0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vboxat.dll 4,5,0,0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vboxat.dll 4,5,0,0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vboxat.dll 4,5,0,0 and press Enter.
