Using the zip or rar file 1.Download vboxm.dll 4,6,1,44
2.Extract vboxm.dll 4,6,1,44 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vboxm.dll 4,6,1,44 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vboxm.dll 4,6,1,44.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vboxm.dll 4,6,1,44 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vboxm.dll 4,6,1,44 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vboxm.dll 4,6,1,44 and press Enter.
