Using the zip or rar file 1.Download vsagntui.dll 8,0,0,0
2.Extract vsagntui.dll 8,0,0,0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vsagntui.dll 8,0,0,0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vsagntui.dll 8,0,0,0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vsagntui.dll 8,0,0,0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vsagntui.dll 8,0,0,0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vsagntui.dll 8,0,0,0 and press Enter.
