Using the zip or rar file 1.Download vsole.dll
2.Extract vsole.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vsole.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vsole.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vsole.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vsole.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vsole.dll and press Enter.
