Using the zip or rar file 1.Download vsoui.dll 8,0,0,0
2.Extract vsoui.dll 8,0,0,0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract vsoui.dll 8,0,0,0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vsoui.dll 8,0,0,0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vsoui.dll 8,0,0,0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vsoui.dll 8,0,0,0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vsoui.dll 8,0,0,0 and press Enter.
