Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VirtualRouter.ICS.dll
2.Extract VirtualRouter.ICS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VirtualRouter.ICS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VirtualRouter.ICS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VirtualRouter.ICS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VirtualRouter.ICS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VirtualRouter.ICS.dll and press Enter.
