Using the zip or rar file 1.Download VCSExpressmnu.dll
2.Extract VCSExpressmnu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VCSExpressmnu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VCSExpressmnu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VCSExpressmnu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VCSExpressmnu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VCSExpressmnu.dll and press Enter.
