Using the zip or rar file 1.Download VSPerfJsProf.dll
2.Extract VSPerfJsProf.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VSPerfJsProf.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VSPerfJsProf.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VSPerfJsProf.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VSPerfJsProf.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VSPerfJsProf.dll and press Enter.
