Using the zip or rar file 1.Download VcmIAlzThumbnailD.dll
2.Extract VcmIAlzThumbnailD.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VcmIAlzThumbnailD.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VcmIAlzThumbnailD.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VcmIAlzThumbnailD.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VcmIAlzThumbnailD.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VcmIAlzThumbnailD.dll and press Enter.
