Using the zip or rar file 1.Download Vietnamese.dll
2.Extract Vietnamese.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Vietnamese.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Vietnamese.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Vietnamese.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Vietnamese.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Vietnamese.dll and press Enter.
