Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WISC30.DLL 3.00.1906.00
2.Extract WISC30.DLL 3.00.1906.00 from .zip. We recommend that you extract WISC30.DLL 3.00.1906.00 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WISC30.DLL 3.00.1906.00.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WISC30.DLL 3.00.1906.00 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WISC30.DLL 3.00.1906.00 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WISC30.DLL 3.00.1906.00 and press Enter.
