Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wndutils.dll 5.5.35952
2.Extract wndutils.dll 5.5.35952 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wndutils.dll 5.5.35952 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wndutils.dll 5.5.35952.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wndutils.dll 5.5.35952 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wndutils.dll 5.5.35952 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wndutils.dll 5.5.35952 and press Enter.
