Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wshnetbs.dll 6.0.6000.16386
2.Extract wshnetbs.dll 6.0.6000.16386 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wshnetbs.dll 6.0.6000.16386 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wshnetbs.dll 6.0.6000.16386.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wshnetbs.dll 6.0.6000.16386 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wshnetbs.dll 6.0.6000.16386 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wshnetbs.dll 6.0.6000.16386 and press Enter.
