Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ww9asum.dll
2.Extract ww9asum.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ww9asum.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ww9asum.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ww9asum.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ww9asum.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ww9asum.dll and press Enter.
