Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xmlfilter.dll 2006.0.6000.16386
2.Extract xmlfilter.dll 2006.0.6000.16386 from .zip. We recommend that you extract xmlfilter.dll 2006.0.6000.16386 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xmlfilter.dll 2006.0.6000.16386.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xmlfilter.dll 2006.0.6000.16386 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xmlfilter.dll 2006.0.6000.16386 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xmlfilter.dll 2006.0.6000.16386 and press Enter.
