Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xmlutils.dll 1.5.0.41808
2.Extract xmlutils.dll 1.5.0.41808 from .zip. We recommend that you extract xmlutils.dll 1.5.0.41808 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xmlutils.dll 1.5.0.41808.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xmlutils.dll 1.5.0.41808 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xmlutils.dll 1.5.0.41808 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xmlutils.dll 1.5.0.41808 and press Enter.
