Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xmp3dec.dll
2.Extract xmp3dec.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xmp3dec.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xmp3dec.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xmp3dec.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xmp3dec.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xmp3dec.dll and press Enter.
