Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xpcany2dword.dll
2.Extract xpcany2dword.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xpcany2dword.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xpcany2dword.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xpcany2dword.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xpcany2dword.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xpcany2dword.dll and press Enter.
