Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xpcbit2double.dll
2.Extract xpcbit2double.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xpcbit2double.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xpcbit2double.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xpcbit2double.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xpcbit2double.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xpcbit2double.dll and press Enter.
