Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xtp9100lib.dll
2.Extract xtp9100lib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xtp9100lib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xtp9100lib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xtp9100lib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xtp9100lib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xtp9100lib.dll and press Enter.
