Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xdebug-4.3.6-2.0.0beta1.dll wei
2.Extract xdebug-4.3.6-2.0.0beta1.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract xdebug-4.3.6-2.0.0beta1.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xdebug-4.3.6-2.0.0beta1.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xdebug-4.3.6-2.0.0beta1.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xdebug-4.3.6-2.0.0beta1.dll wei and press Enter.
