Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xrpjlnv3.dll wei
2.Extract xrpjlnv3.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract xrpjlnv3.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xrpjlnv3.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xrpjlnv3.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xrpjlnv3.dll wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xrpjlnv3.dll wei and press Enter.
