Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 0416EIVCD.dll
2.Extract 0416EIVCD.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 0416EIVCD.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 0416EIVCD.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 0416EIVCD.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 0416EIVCD.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 0416EIVCD.dll and press Enter.
