Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 15742AcroIEHelper.dll
2.Extract 15742AcroIEHelper.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 15742AcroIEHelper.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 15742AcroIEHelper.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 15742AcroIEHelper.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 15742AcroIEHelper.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 15742AcroIEHelper.dll and press Enter.
