Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 19416b16.dll
2.Extract 19416b16.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 19416b16.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 19416b16.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 19416b16.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 19416b16.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 19416b16.dll and press Enter.
