Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 1UMiscell.dll
2.Extract 1UMiscell.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 1UMiscell.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 1UMiscell.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 1UMiscell.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 1UMiscell.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 1UMiscell.dll and press Enter.
