Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 21ExtenderKeyboard.dll
2.Extract 21ExtenderKeyboard.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 21ExtenderKeyboard.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 21ExtenderKeyboard.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 21ExtenderKeyboard.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 21ExtenderKeyboard.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 21ExtenderKeyboard.dll and press Enter.
