Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 2DTools.dll
2.Extract 2DTools.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 2DTools.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 2DTools.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 2DTools.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 2DTools.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 2DTools.dll and press Enter.
