Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 2k3mstscax.dll
2.Extract 2k3mstscax.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 2k3mstscax.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 2k3mstscax.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 2k3mstscax.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 2k3mstscax.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 2k3mstscax.dll and press Enter.
