Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 3603E8B.tmp360net.dll
2.Extract 3603E8B.tmp360net.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 3603E8B.tmp360net.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 3603E8B.tmp360net.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 3603E8B.tmp360net.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 3603E8B.tmp360net.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
