Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 45bc464c.dll
2.Extract 45bc464c.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 45bc464c.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 45bc464c.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 45bc464c.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 45bc464c.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
