Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 5E4C5E.dll
2.Extract 5E4C5E.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 5E4C5E.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 5E4C5E.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 5E4C5E.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 5E4C5E.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 5E4C5E.dll and press Enter.
