Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 9A939A.dll
2.Extract 9A939A.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 9A939A.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 9A939A.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 9A939A.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 9A939A.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 9A939A.dll and press Enter.
