Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 9BBE9B.dll
2.Extract 9BBE9B.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 9BBE9B.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 9BBE9B.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 9BBE9B.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 9BBE9B.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
