Using the zip or rar file 1.Download activeds.tlb 6.0.6000.16386
2.Extract activeds.tlb 6.0.6000.16386 from .zip. We recommend that you extract activeds.tlb 6.0.6000.16386 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting activeds.tlb 6.0.6000.16386.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract activeds.tlb 6.0.6000.16386 to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place activeds.tlb 6.0.6000.16386 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
