Using the zip or rar file
1.Download agentmpx.dll
2.Extract agentmpx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract agentmpx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting agentmpx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract agentmpx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place agentmpx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 agentmpx.dll and press Enter.
